He will get out eventually.
Deportation hearings can take up to 18 months before a decision is made.
He will most likely have to go back to Dominican.
He can use this time to heal completely.
Hopefully MHP stands by him during and after this

He reportedly weights 205. I'm sure when he gets out he'll be back to his old self within 2 months.

From MD:I
I am pleased to announce that Victor’s final court hearing is April 27,2012 – according to today’s hearing. Two more months, that sucks! But it is what it is. Unfortunately we will have to wait eight more weeks to find out if Victor is a free man and can stay in the U.S. or will be deported. I am extremely optimistic that he will be freed and will be allowed to stay in the United States.
Victor has been incarcerated for almost six months and has lost 35 pounds. He is anxious to get back to the gym, eat good, get back onstage and compete again!
“Victors Back!,” series in Muscular Development magazine and MDTV will begin the day Victor is released. Stay tuned for more details.more details.Last edited by ManimalPatB; 02-25-2012 at 04:23 PM. Reason: Color

This is what happens when you are irresponsible and lazy. I feel no sorrow for this guy and I find it pathetic other people do.

Matty, I agree with you 100%! I am not a citizen in indonesia so when my staus is even close to expired I make sure it is taken care of before I think of leaving the country. He should have taken his status in US way more serious because of his numerous troubles with the law. Not smart at all.

I don't get why the government is to blame here, this is standard procedure. You have 10 fucking years to renew your green card and he didn't do it. If he weren't a bodybuilder, noone would be complaining here I guarantee you that.
