Not so easy. They're not bags of saline or silicone. They're polyproyene string (i.e. fishing line) that was inserted. The problem is finding a doctor that will work on them. It wasn't FDA approved. Also, they keep growing over time as fluid builds up around the string. Another girl, Minka (pictured above), had it done also by the same doctor.
