To Old to Sart Competing

So my sister is wanting to Compete in I think a professional bikini contest. She has never done anything like this before. The only athletic thing she did was run track in highschool. She thinks that she may be told she is 32 years old. I told her that if it is what she wants to do to go for it. Is there an age limit for competing and how and where should she start?
