    Chicken, jasmin-rice, black beans, sea salt and salsa 90min before training. No liquid 20min before and 20min after meal.

    Works very well.

    I usually take 2 egg whites before workout.

    i have my organic egg whites with 2 organic whole eggs with an organic bagel.
