thanks guys the prep is really starting to wear me out physically and mentally, been sleeping like shit an avg of 4-5 hours a night and doing upwards of 80 minutes of cardio a day. But the end is near and its nice to see the effort paying off. if there's one thing ive learned its to never let yourself get too out of shape
