That would be awesome to see some full on workouts with those dudes. This years Mr. O is gonna be sick. I am looking forward to seeing Phil and how much he has improved over last year. I know he is gonna turn heads yet again.

While I can't wait to see how phil shows up, I hope its not the same story we usually hear about. By this I mean, trying to show up bigger, but perhaps not looking better. Swede said it perfectly. Bodybuilding is the one sport where the athletes usually do worse when trying to get better. lol. ( but phil is smart, and I doubt this will happen to him)

I was actually going to make a substantive comment about the topic, but I couldn't resist.

Don't be thick, bro. The rationale is that by doing sets of 7's at the end of a workout you're pumping more blood into the muscle, thereby stretching the fascia. Keep in mind that aside from the short rest period between those seven sets, you're also either flexing/posing the muscle or stretching it in between sets.
Is it a new and revolutionary way to train? No. Is there merit to it? Ask one of Hany's clients or any of the folks on his board or even the FST-7 section here.
I'm not here to tell you that Hany's way is THE way. It's merely one of the ways that work. But everyone's body is different and will respond differently to stimuli. And what works for you now might not work for you in two years, five years or ten years.Weak is a state of mind.
