Since seeing this thread I've actually made a bunch of shakes with sweet potatoe on it and it surprisingly good! It's pretty amazing how well it mixes into a shake. Pumpkin sounds like a pretty good idea too- ive heard of peope doing that but it never really seemed appealing to me, however after using yams and seeing how well they work im eager to try other items.

What flavors of protein are you blending the sweet potato with? I may try it sometime, but I'm betting the protein flavor makes a big difference on overall taste

You know ive been using chocolate isolation and its been tasting great! Its apretty mild chocolate and the chocolate flavor kind of dissapears- ends up tasting like sweetpotatoe pie or something. I think it would be even better with some vanilla Iso, which is what I have on the way.

I'm guessing you cook the sweet potato before blending it right?

Need2bulk is a phenomenal product. You can even add some oat powder if you want to increase the carb content even more
