Same here! I have to put chocolate in the plastic eggs for my son's school and buys all of the stuff for his basket! 11 weeks left!

Am less than 7 weeks out from my first show. Woke up this morning on a rest day, felt full of beans. Now it's 3pm and I want to cry and eat. Really feeling like another 40-something days of this is the stupidest idea I ever had...

Still feel like sh1t today. I've genuinely no idea why! I'm not pre-menstrual, I'm not worried about how I'm coming in... I'm just genuinely fed-up and miserable! I got a good night's sleep last night so that's not it either! I just want it all to go away

I feel you ladies, my metabolism is burning through everything I'm feeding it. I heard there is a supplement that stops catabolism, but can't recall what it is. I think it's in the product Vertiga or something like that. Has anyone else heard of this???

I am one of them too ; ) sometimes I go hr to hr to get through issues and not eat. You think about your long term goal and realize how bad you want that. The food that you think will help you get through the issue, will only help till another issue arises, then you'll want food again. You need to find another way to get through issues and THEN, your goal will not have been ruined. Stay strong girl! It's totally worth it!!!!

It starts w/ changing your associations w/ food. If its your go-to when you start feeling stressed out, find something else. Even if it means you pick up a deck of cards and play solitaire until your stress levels drop and you can get on w/ the next thing you need to deal w/ instead of heading for the fridge. Find an alternative to your knee-jerk urge in response to any point of frustration, boredom or stress and make it anything other than food.

15 weeks and counting til Nationals and Im heading in for that time of the month when I needed to prepare for a photoshoot in a month too! What us a girl to do when she seeks those familiar food comforts and your body is so heavy feeling and blah blah at the gym you rather stay home and watch reruns of Army Wives :-/

I go through this too. But with a few happy days here and there. I feel like I isolate myself so I don't have to watch people eat and drink and have fun! And I'm a bitch when I'm hungry!
