Arnold Classic Eduardo Correa??
I was at PJing and i thought he looked good, i would have loved to see him get compared for a higher placing. Say that 6-9 slot. I'm not saying he clearly deserved it, i'm just saying i thought with the package he brought he deserved the comparison.
I know we can only speculate, but do you think he is being "punished" for not competing in the 212?
I know condition isn't everything but the way this is supposed to be judged is by muscularity, presentation, and symmetry. At least i think so?.. Doesn't conditioning fall under muscularity? Eduardo looked kind of nervous up on the stage posing, but no one came out and i was like holy shit they nailed everything perfect, so presentation is out the window... If Ben Pakulski and Branch are "symmetrical" then i think Eduardo is too lol.
Can't wait for him to gain 5-7 pounds of muscle, bring up his legs a bit, adjust his posing and start winning lower level shows and placing in the top 6-8 at bigger shows.

Yes he is being punished.
If you listen to the webcast. Everytime Correa was onstage Bob Chic made mention of the 212 class and how Eduardo should go back to the class, blah blah blah.
They are going to continually give him bad looks until either A. Gives up and retires B. Goes back to the 212 and destroys the class

he just needs to bring up his shoulders and legs, then he should be getting better placings.

I thought he got placed about where he should have in that lineup. I was at pj as well and the only comparison I wished they would have put him in was with Kefalianos. I could have seen Correa above him, but that was about it. It was a bad line-up for Correa in the sense that his weaknesses (I'm nitpicking, he looks amazing, but what stands out in that lineup) are his legs (from the front especially) and size were real strengths of the top 4 (and the next 3 all had size and shape on him). I think he looks amazing and really good on his own, but as soon as you stand him next to the other guys he just doesn't have the size (and I think this is very evident in person, less so via photographs).

lets not post any pics... That would make too much sense.

Why would I post pics? Putting two pictures next to eachother doesn't tell the same story as them standing next to eachother on stage.
Hopefully in the coming weeks Chris Aceto tells us what the plan is for Eduardo on HMR or on here...
Also, until he's put next to those guys with better shape/symmetry we don't truly know how he stacks up. What if he's like tricky Jackson in that regard :P... Wishful thinking I suppose

He could dominate 212 shows and be top 3-4 at the O

I hope he isn't being punished. Maybe he doesn't carry as much muscle as Branch but conditioning has to stand for something and we can definitely agree that he should've been higher at the flex pro. Only time will tell
IF HE DOES GO TO THE 212...
How does he stack up against Kevin English, Jose Raymond, Cedric etc? IMHO, I think he fights for the top spot.James "JT" Tucci www.jamestucci.blogspot.com Proud to be a DH Disciple

At 212 he will have to sacrifice muscle and fullness. I'm guessing his legs will suffer the most and will appear even smaller.. He would probably end up 4th behind those top 3 guys.
