    I would hate to give advice on where to pin, only because you have to be really careful and I don't feel qualified. I will post a pic where I pinned and How much in each area I did. But please, don't take only my directions. Consult with someone who is very experienced with this,a doctor preferably. and BE CAREFUL!

    Ok,

    To give a quick follow up review/update -

    My arms are still 16" at peak, from my previous 14". I can't even count how many comments and compliments I've been receiving on my arms. Nothing in the world feels better than that. I'm going to tell you how I did it and where I pinned, & how much I pinned. Keep in mind that 2" in growth does not come easy in 2-3 months. Most people will NOT be willing to do what I did. I talked with Stephen few times, I did NOT ask him for any advice, I just experimented and jumped into it, please do not do what I did. Seek help! Also remember, I went through about 8 bottles of 120cc of the old formula. Now that is A LOT OF OIL!!! And what seemed like thousands of needles and pins. Not a pleasant routine! Also know that I had 23-25g needles going a minimum of 1" Deep, except for forarms which only went about 3/4" or 1/2" deep.

    With that being said, here's what I did ( from the best of my memory )

    Remember to flex hard before you pin to find a nice peak in your muscle.

    Tricep Day---- Every other day 3 locations, A, B, C
    A) By far my least favorite position to pin, this area is the peak of your rear tricep, closest to your back. Very hard to position yourself and sometimes hurt when I was pinning. 3CC Every other day.
    B) Top tricep peak, sits right below the shoulder. This spot is easy and fun. 3CC EOD.
    C)Lower tricep, 3CC EOD.

    Bicep/Forearm Day----- D, E, F, G

    D) Top forearm peak, I always stuck my arm straight out and lightly flexed so I could find a nice peak and smooth muscle. Always use a mirror directly in front of you to get a better view on where your muscle peaks are. 3CC EOD.
    E) Lower forearm peak, Same muscle as D, but just in a lower position. 3CC EOD.

    (Note for bicep) I only pinned biceps one a week or so, because my biceps got so full that they were getting too big. It's more natural for your triceps to be bigger than the biceps). Also I did not inject into my bicep peak because my peak was too high already, so I spread it out to make the bicep muscle more even.

    F)I had a large gap between my bicep and forarms, so I pinned the lower bicep position. 2-3CC Every Week.
    G)Higher bicep, 2-3CC Every Week.

    There you have it.

    BE CAREFUL!!!!!!!!!!! Go slow, be patient, have good sanitary habits, put on some muslc and give yourself an hour to pin each day. Rub the spots you pin, massage them thoroughly. Use alcohol swabs generously, before and after pinning. Again, I went through A LOT of oil, so make sure you can afford to purchase all those bottles before you start.

    I will see if I can find some before pics that show my arms. They were so laughable.

    But here's a couple more current pictures, after I've discontinued painless pumps for about 3-4 months, with 90% of the size retention.

    Some of us Wanted to know if you've kept any of the gains or been able to Maintain any of the gains or Maintain some of it by using PP Regularly.Please reply with Stats and how much to maintain siz,pics if possible.Thanking you in Advance as you will be helping a lot of people.

    I'd like to add, my arms are not huge. But that's not exactly what I'm going for. My arms now look NORMAL and proportionate to my body! And I am so fucking happy about that right now. When I look at my own pics I can't even believe it's me. Anyway, still very happy with the results of this product. Right now I'm getting more so I can experiment later on down the road... I'd also like to write a review on their customer service. Right now I'm working out a few issues with a bottle that broke on the way here, but I'm sure they will make good on it. Stephen is a professional guy and gives the customer the attention they need.

    Sounds Good just wanted to get something a little more recent as we are all keeping up to the month on gains of Anabolics and Site injections.If possible let us know how things are as far as gains are this month of January 2013.If you can it would be appreciated as long term uses and Gains have not been documented yet.The gains from last year seem good just long term maintance is what a lot of possible users want to know.

    Hey I'd be happy to give you an update.

    To Recap:

    Bicep before measurement - 14"

    Bicep after growth w/ painless pumps 15.5"
    After initial growth point I cruised at a "maintenance" dose and ended up getting up to 16" for about two months.

    Stopped PP all together since summer 2012... today measures cold flexed at 15". Would loved to have kept it at 16" but I couldn't maintain it because work and life got to me, couldn't hit the gym 100% and keep a good diet.

    However, a 1" permanent gain is still very acceptable! You'll gain a permanent inch or more by working hard and using a lot of PP for months. I'd say since I had to gain 2 inches with PP to gain a permanent inch, maybe one could use that formula?

    Work hard with PP and gain more than your target measurements... So if you have 15" arms, and want 17" arms, shoot for 19" stretched with PP, then cement your gains. That's how I'd run it at least. Stephen would know better than myself. I won't be running PP anymore since I've got a great "base" size for my arms now. Still highly recommended!

    Gunzshow nailed it on the head. Pull with 20 or 22, pin with 25

    dont try to pull with a 25g you will be at it all week lol 20g is the bomb so is 22g but you will throw up if you try to pin with a 20g lol I did

    Hi all , I am wondering after how many pins you usually find results, i bought two bottles was told by Stephen to start 3cc on bicep for 3 days then 6cc in the center daily for seven consecutive days then maintenance after that , I did that and finished a whole bottle now and my bicep is still 16.5 didn't even go .5 after pinning the crap out of my arm using 25g pin. And stephen just said to pin more!! I am not saying the product is bad or not , i am just not finding any results from the first bottle..!!! some help will be appreciated
