Refeeds Close to Contest (<5weeks)
I am curious how people change their refeeds, if at all, closer to contest time when body fat and weight are getting pretty low.
Bigger? Smaller? Cycle big and small? Increased or same frequency? Same foods?
Also wondering why you do what you do, whether if it's just what has worked or if you have developed a sensible explanation.

Thanks for the reply. I've found that 300 carb refeeds (other macros same) work for me for a few weeks but need something larger every few weeks... At least that's what I think I've found out....
What type of foods do you use for your refeeds?

i think this question is tough to answer without knowing some specifics of the situation for example some guys metabolism might be flying so high at this point hes might need huge hi gi refeeds or even a cheatmeal to prevent muscle loss or some guy could be almost stage ready and not needing refeeds at all as hes increasing his daily carb intake. or guys could be behind and forced to just have higher carb days of his regular sources. if u wanna provide some more specifics of your situation maybe i can be of greater help.
