Looking great bud! Conditioning is on schedule and quads win shows, def in natty competitions. I would work on your posing a little though. Your abdominal thigh try and bend your elbows done and your biceps should be right around your ears. Also try not to squinch in too much in your most muscular. Keep the shoulders broader. You look great and im sure you're going to surprise Indiana, with those wheels for sure.

I have really increased my posing practice. I am now posing about 30 min a night from here on out. The only problem is i live in a small town in northern indiana with no one around with any contest or posing experience. I have mainly just been watching a ton of you tube vids and trying to mimic them. I think im going to try and find a posing coach within an hour of me and try and get some pointers to help dial in my posing. I'm putting in all this time training and dieting i would hate for poor posing to cost me places. I def welcome any advice. I have a big problem with holding my shoulders back when hitting chest they seem to want to jump right in there. I was over at the natural cincy trying to pick up on some better posing. You came in shredded. Those legs were sick. great job.

hell yeah. good job.
i think your arms would look bigger if you kept them closer to your head in the abs and thigh pose. like with your hands on the back of your neck and your elbows up

I joined Team Wilson bodybuilding. Gonna put on a little size then start prepping for the natural northern in Oct. U looked pretty dialed in yourself. U hitting anymore shows this year

Thanks man! Yeah, I'm thinking about doing one more in my hometown of Ft. Wayne.... it's in July and we are going on vacation in June... so trying to hold my condition while growing a bit! I hear tons of good things about Cliff Wilson and have read some of his work, sounds like he knows what he's doing! I hear you get to have 1000 g CHO when u carb up for the show! Have fun w/ that, lol!
