6 wks out natural indiana
Here are my six wk out pics for the natural Indiana. This is my first show and Im hoping Im on track. I gonna take 3 wk out update pics on sunday for compare and contrast. Ill hit all the madatories and welcome any advice. thanks.

I'm at 193 dry weight as of today. Right now my macros r 150 280 50. I have been Carb loading once a week on leg day with about 400 carbs

Above are my pics from today. they are right before my refeed so I'm a little flat and really need to work on that lat spread as well. i can spread them great in front of a mirror but havent got the connection down quiet yet.

I refeed yesterday had oatmeal in am 30g then sweet pot 50g carbs pre workout then 220g of high and low go carbs within 4 hours post workout. Dry weight was only up 0.5 pounds. I usually gain round three pounds after a refeed. I didn't want to get to aggressive with refeed at only 20days out but I think maybe I should of cause I still feel flat and drained. I guess ill c what kind of pump I get tonight when I hit the gym

I'm 5'10". I very vaguely remember what candy is. Oatmeal with cinnamon definitely helps fight the sweet too
