Rosela Joseph's Training Journal: Women's Physique
My name is Rosela Joseph. I am from Haiti. I have been training for 5 yrs. I am trained by Tony "Tio Grande" Racanelli. I've been training with him for 1yr. We are preparing for the 2012 Jr. Nationals. Last yr. I place 6th at the 2012 Nationals in Miami. It was my first National level show. I will be writing my training and my diet. Wish me luck.

Unfortunately I didn't end up doing Jr Nationals. I actually did the Masters Nationals placing 3rd place. Ill be uploading pictures very soon though. How did you ladies fair?

Rosela Joseph NPC Nationals Results
NPC Nationals was a great experience this year. Unfortunately I only placed 3rd.
