Very good article! Easy to read and understand each persons point of view.
I like the idea of getting multiple peoples perspective on the subject,

1. Natural Peanut Butter (I must go through 4-5 jars a week)
2. Raw almonds and cashews
3. Omega-3 Eggs
4. Beef
5. EVOO/Mac Nut Oil
I eat about 150g fats daily, and I'm staying lean as hell and growing!

One thing Im looking to incorporate a lot more of is avocados. I've grown to love their taste/consistency this past year and since I've started dieting, I've been wanting them more and more.
