Antioxidants/Vitamins post-workout?
Anti-oxidants or Multi-Vitamins post-workout? Why do most do this I notice lots of pros do it. Any reason why?

You've read correctly. I really only think its an issue for those who remain natty...and/or an issue of taking in such amounts that it becomes pro oxidant.
I'm a fan of both fish oils and antioxidants but generally not around workout times. Usually in the am and before bed. I toss some kind of antioxidant in when I have a higher fat meal as well.

i think its important to mega dose vitamins and mega dose "whole foods" ... but whether its pre post workout or morning i don't think it matters.
