WEak Wrists...what to do?
Hey errbody.
since my shoulders are uneven (spinal issue)
when i do dips, pushups, or press db's. my right wrist usually get's a strain feeling that shoots right down into the back part of my hand . (carpet tunnel bound?)
i weigh about 235 lbs...my forearms have never been that big genetically and i really never done forearms or wrist exercises (they seem maybe a little small for my body).
Maybe i should get some wrist wraps?
any exercise protocol, advice, wisdom?
thanks

I got the 20 inches I believe. They wrap around like twice. Theyve made the biggest impact ever.

Wrist curls have helped me with strengthening the general forearm area, try to keep wrists straight during all exercises. I see way to many people with bent wrists doing pressing exercises, hurts just looking at it.

I have a similar problem with my joints because I have really small joints so I try to stick to exercises that don't hurt my joints. It helps to take out barbell exercises and stick to dumbbells, take out pushups, dips, barbell bench presses, shoulder barbell presses etc...
I also bought some wrist wraps that helped a lot
