I dieted for my last contest on keto as a natural. I didn't plateau quickly. I made small changes through it, but nothing drastic. I only did 1 or 2 refeed meals the whole way. Looking back I would have done them weekly, but I won the overall.

The main reason I want to try things like up my cardio and add pro/veg days is because in about 4 weeks I'm going to have to finish the diet for a while, I'm moving abroad in 6 weeks and the first few weeks will be tough enough without meticulously watching my diet, as much as I would love it to be my main priority all the time it just can't be, just won't be feasible for a brief time.
In the meantime I would like to drop as much fat as possible, not unrealistically but just to the best I can. So in this circumstance I'm sure you can all understand I'm not too worried about hitting plateaus as long as fat loss can be accelerated.
