15 weeks out from the NPC Natural MI
So after getting my ass kicked in my first men's physique competition i decided to go back to what i truly love and that is bodybuilding lol i was informed by some close peers that my physique is suited much better for bodybuilding and i just began my prep with my new coach Derek Charlebois which i am so happy about...did my first cardio session ever in my life today NOT COOL but hey whatever gets the job done...my all time goal is to be a main staple at the Team Universe every year and obviously get better the older i GET!

I have no problem with constructive criticism or just down right bashing lol so please go right ahead...clearly my weak point is my legs but Derek has me doing workouts ive never done perform such is lifting heavy lol (have never lifted under 12-15 rep range) so im excited to see what kind of growth will come from squatting and deadlifting which honestly have never performed consistently before...super excited to be working with him

Nope not at all, I wanted to see what the contest would be like but whether u believe me or not even if I had won the class and qualified for nationals I would not have done another men's physique show, just way too boring for me, had 30 close friends and family come out to see me put my hands on my hips, just not for me lol

Dude you need to wait a few weeks to even think about dieting or what little muscle you have will be taken off. You, in reality are 6 weeks out. You look awesome!
Just don't fuck it up and peak 2 months early lol. And if you are gonna go ahead and start the diet do the smallest baby steps possible. I can already see you coming in nasty shredded.Use discount code BARRETT15 = 15% off for the best bodybuilding supplements at IronMagLabs.com

Thanks very much i appreciate your feedback but I just started my diet on Monday, I usually am this condition year round, I have Derek to tell me what to do now so I won't be worrying about what I should and shouldn't do, my problem has alway been weight gain or bulking, never even reached 180 lbs in my life

Yes, definitely way ahead of the curve. Use this time to smash out those quads though!!!

Unless it's for general health purposes, I'd be leery of doing cardio. At least this far out.

Like I said before I just did my first cardio session yesterday and I think Derek just wants me to get used to it, I'm doing it no more than twice a week right now an I'm sure he will be gauging it week by week ... I'm putting it in his hands because I have not worked with a prep coach previously

you have good shape.my only critique is you need much more overall thickness. you look pretty tall,
so that makes it even harder.
