Despite the fact that I have accumulated DOZENS of supps that do nothing more than take up shelf space, I only really believe in a few:
Whey isolate (Isopure)
Creatine monohydrate
Xtend
Fish oils
Fiberlyze

pre-workouts(just do a little research on the truly good ones because I don't feel like naming them all right now)
Creatine
Protein(if you don't want to get all of it from food)
Nutrition shufflers(seriously they are really good and I have noticed better results with combining them with creatine...but I would only recommend recompadrol, Need2Slin combo but many people also love glycobol).
Fish oil or krill oil(krill is better but way more expensive)Last edited by Mr.Dedication; 04-11-2012 at 12:15 AM. Reason: SP

The only supplements that i feel are worth the money year round are whey protein, creatine, fish oil, and Slintrol (GDA by Natty Nutrition aka Jason Theobald). I believe most people waste their money using too many supplements. Lots of food is the best way to grow/recover.
