My Osta-Rx Log
So I was one of the lucky picks that was selected to run IronMagLabs Osta-Rx. I will be running it 3 caps daily (in 3 divided doses throughout the day). Ill will be using this during a cutting phase since im precontest mode right now. So today was first day of Osta-Rx. Nothing noticeable yet, although I did get a better pump in todays arms workout since I took one with my pre-workout meal. As for pics, ill post some towards end since im kinda a fatty right now to show off.
Weight today on empty stomach this morning was 196.8lbs. Goal is to lose fat and put some muscle since Osta-Rx is good for building muscle and burning fat. Im running this product solo, no other supps besides fish oils, multi, whey, and food.

Weight is 199lbs this morning on empty stomach. (Day after my refeed) Today is my off day from both Cardio and Training. As of right now being exactly 13 weeks out from show, im doing 6 days cardio first thing morning on empty stomach with 5 days of weights, with saturdays and tuesdays off.

very interesting I read a bit about this, is it safe for your liver? do you need a pct?

Hey bro from what I read about Ostarine its not really liver toxic or harsh on liver like other orals. I keep geeting mixed opinions on the pct part. According to HeavyIron followwing the protocol of 3 caps daily (using IronMagLabs version) does not require a pct.

Day 3 200lbs (day after off day from cardio and weights) 30mins of liss cardio on treadmill first thing in morning on empty stomach.
Meal#1: 1 whole egg, 8oz egg whites, 1 cup instant oats, 1 cap r-ala
Meal#2: 4oz chicken breast, 1 oz almonds, 1 cup broccoli
Meal#3: 4oz chicken breast, 6oz sweet potato, 3 fish oil caps (pre-workout)
Meal#4: 30grams whey protein shake, 11oz white potato, 1 cap r-ala (post-workout)
Meal#5: 5oz eye round steak OR codfish, 1 cup broccoli
Meal#6: 12oz egg whites, 11 grams macadamian nut oil
*4 warm up set cable flys
-Incline DB Bench Press: 75lbs x 12, 85x12, 95x10, 105x10
-Decline Barbell Bench Press: 225lbs x 10, 275x8, 315x6, 315x6
-Flat DB Bench flys, 45lbs x 12, 50x10, 55x10, 60x8
-Flat Barbell Bench Press, 2 sets 225lbs x 12 reps, 2 sets 245lbs x 10

Weight this morning was 197.8-198lbs (it was switching back and forth on scale)
30 mins liss cardio on treadmill.
When I woke up this morning, muscles had a full feeling. Todays workout was great, awesome pump! I could had more energy, and veins are becoming more noticeable!
Deadlifts: 135lb x 12, 225x10, 315x10, 365x10, 3 sets of 405lbs for 10 reps (EASY!), 455x5, 495x3, 495x2reps. (I normally do about 5 sets total, but just had alot more energy today and weight just seemed easy)
Wide Lat Pull downs: 130x12, 150x10, 160x10, 170x10
DB Rows: 80x12, 90x10, 100x8, 110x8
Seated Rows: 135x12, 150x12, 165x10, 180x10
Hyper Back Extensions: 4 sets of 12reps with 45lbs plate.

Weight today is 194.4lbs. Thought I update this early since today is my 30mins liss cardio only on treadmill day today, off training until tommorrow. Woke up this morning, muscle have a full look and feeling. Not sure if the Osta is giving me a hard feeling.
Diet is still the same, Provo might give me a mid week refeed tommorrow since weight is coming down kinda fast since my last refeed last friday. But overall feeling alot leaner today.

*lying leg curls, 2 sets 180lbs x 15, 2 sets 210x 12
*stiff legs deadlifts, 135lbs x 4 sets of 12 reps
Today was a refeed of 350grams carbs post workout. Have alot more muscle hardness today. Alot of energy today. As far as stregth cant say I gained since im not maxing out, but endurance is getting alot better. My calves were full of veins all day.

Weight 193.4lbs (new low) The refeeds that Provo has me doing working Fucking GREAT! In addition with Osta Rx helps out ALOT! Todays workout was arms, had a GOOD ass workout. The pumps are rediculous, veins are starting to be visible all day long. Another thing ive been noticin is alot more muscle fulness and hardness. Although libido has never been a problem, the morning wood takes awhile before it goes down lol. So alot more hornyness. Metabolism is running fast 2 pounds drop from yesterday. I can tell the Osta Rx is kicking in alot!!!
Friday : Arms
* Warm up high cable pulley arms curls 3sets 40lbs x 15reps, superset tricept rope push downs 3x15 with 80lbs.
*Preacher culrs, 80x12, 90x12, 100x10, 110x8

Rest day from both cardio and training. Weight today was 193.2-193.4lbs switching on scale. Muscle hardness and fullness. Well one third of the way in and im noticing effects. So I know it will get better the rest of the run on OstaRx.

Weight 193 on the mark. (Was a bit surprised since I usually weight more the day after my complete rest day) Got to admit, for NOT taking any stims right now, my energy is high!
(Did legs today since I didn't think my chest was fully recovered, and legs felt fine so I swapped muscles since I normally train chest on sunday)

30Mins liss cardio on empty stomach after waking up.
Feeling leaner, harder, and fuller everyday. Energy not bad for dieting (going on 7 weeks now). Strength has not dropped and endurance has increased! Im sure strength would shot up if I was bulking since I can tell that weights ive been using are getting easy to rep.
*DB Incline Bench Pres, 75lbs x12, 85lbs x 12, 95x10, 105x10, 115 x8
*Decline Bench, 135x15, 185x12, 225x10, 275x8, 315x8
*Cable flys, 2 sets 50lbs each side x 12 reps, 2 sets 60x 10

Veins popping out, pump is great. Workouts have been going very good!

Weight 194.0lbs, jumped up a pound from yesterday not sure, didn't refeed. Updating this early since today is a cardio only, rest day from training. Should be dropping soon, cardio is going to be bumped up to 40mins liss on empty stomach.

Weight after cardio only, day off of training was 194lbs.
30Mins of liss cardio on empty stomach after wake. Veins were very visible when waking something new im starting to notice, since I mostly notice them show around workout time, now its getting to the point were there popping all day long! Love the vascularity im getting!
*Hyper Ext to warm up lower back, 4 sets with 45lbs plate x 12 reps
*Free Weight and Bar with V-Handle Tbar rows, 2 sets of 3-45lbs plates x 12, 4plates x 12, 5 plates x 10, 6 plates x8
* Bent over barbell rows, 2 sets 135lbs x 12, 2 sets 185 x 10, 2 sets 225 x 8
* Lat Pull Downs, 3 sets Wide grip 130x12, 140x12, 150x10, then 3 sets shoulder width 140x12, 150x10, 160x10
*DB Rows, 80x12, 90x12, 100x10, 110x8 each side
*DB Pull overs 4 sets 90lbs x 12
And to kill the back ended with dead lift since I just had the extra energy to do it, I normally do dead every other week.

Back was flared out pumped! Endurance feels like its better and better every workout which is fucking good during diet! Like I said earlier, if it didnt need to be cycled, I would run this the rest of my prep. Just about half way through already, and loving the Osta Rx so far!!!

Cardio has increased to 40mins. Shoulders were on fire with alot of blood in the delts! For day 16 will post later today, Provo has made adjustments to my diet and also included a refeed of 350post workout. Osta Rx is working very well everyday. NO negative side effects to report.

Day after 350grams refeed, today only a 40mins liss cardio session on empty stomach in the AM. Day off training. Im feeling rock hard especially since after my refeed. Muscles feel pumped all day long even though I did not work out.

40mins of Liss Cardio on treadmill in AM on empty stomach.
Woke up feeling solid, hard, and full muscle feeling. Osta Rx I feel has kicked in to its full potential, although I did feel results from beginning to now. Today had so much energy legs were SUPER PUMPED that they started too hurt cause I had so much blood rush! I loved the feeling it gives me like I feel good all day long. Veins are now popping out just about 24/7. Damn Im loving this, I wish I didnt have to cycle this product and could run it the rest of my prep, but only have 12 more days left . This Stuff WORKS!!!!
*SQUATS: 3 WARM UP SETS, 12 reps each, 135lbs, 225lbs, 275lbs.
Working sets 315lbs ass to grass squats, 10 sets of 10
*Leg Extensions, 150x12, 170x12, 190x10, 210x9
*Lunges: 135lbs on barbell 10 steps each leg for 3 sets (Legs were on FIRE PUMPED!!!!)
*V-Squat Machine (Facing towards machine, doing a modified front squat) 2 sets of 4-45lbs plates each side for 12 reps, 2 sets of 5-45lbs plates each side for 10 reps.
Legs were spent after this workout. Damn good pumped up feeling, as I type this, legs STILL PUMPED!

Weight this morning is 193.4lbs.
Took today off from gym due to getting off late from work and since I get up very early for work, I just made today a cardio day only. 40mins LISS cardio in AM after waking up on empty stomach. Then in PM, did 25 mins HIIT cardio on bike. Cardio was a breeze. Again nothing bad to report. Great feeling of well being all day long.
