Day 5
Weight today is 194.4lbs. Thought I update this early since today is my 30mins liss cardio only on treadmill day today, off training until tommorrow. Woke up this morning, muscle have a full look and feeling. Not sure if the Osta is giving me a hard feeling.
Diet is still the same, Provo might give me a mid week refeed tommorrow since weight is coming down kinda fast since my last refeed last friday. But overall feeling alot leaner today.

Day 6
weight this morning 194.2-194.4lbs day after cardio only day.
Wednesday: AM 30mins liss cardio, empty stomach.
PM: legs
*warm up legs extensions, 130 x15, 140lbs x12, 150x12, 160x12
*Squats, 135lbs x 12, 185x12, 225x 10, 275x10, 315x10, 365x10, 405x8 (huge leg PUMP!)
*Walking Lunges, 135lbs x4sets 10 steps each leg
*Single leg extensions 3sets x12 toes facing in, superset 3sets x12 toes pointed out
*lying leg curls, 2 sets 180lbs x 15, 2 sets 210x 12
*stiff legs deadlifts, 135lbs x 4 sets of 12 reps
Today was a refeed of 350grams carbs post workout. Have alot more muscle hardness today. Alot of energy today. As far as stregth cant say I gained since im not maxing out, but endurance is getting alot better. My calves were full of veins all day.

Weight 195.4(day after 350grams carb refeed)

*Warm up lateral cables raise x4 sets 25lbsx 12reps each side
*Military press: 135x12, 135x12, 185x10, 185x10, 225x7
*DB front raises 4sets 45x12 reps superseti DB laterals 4sets 35x10
*Upright rows 2sets 110x12, 2sets 120x10
*Reat delt cable flys 4sets 25lbs each side x12 superset incline pushups x 30reps
I can tell that Osta Rx is definately kicking in! My endurance is getting better and better. Veins are popping out more each day, pumps are very GOOD!

DAY 9
Weight 193.4lbs (new low) The refeeds that Provo has me doing working Fucking GREAT! In addition with Osta Rx helps out ALOT! Todays workout was arms, had a GOOD ass workout. The pumps are rediculous, veins are starting to be visible all day long. Another thing ive been noticin is alot more muscle fulness and hardness. Although libido has never been a problem, the morning wood takes awhile before it goes down lol. So alot more hornyness. Metabolism is running fast 2 pounds drop from yesterday. I can tell the Osta Rx is kicking in alot!!!
Friday : Arms
* Warm up high cable pulley arms curls 3sets 40lbs x 15reps, superset tricept rope push downs 3x15 with 80lbs.
*Preacher culrs, 80x12, 90x12, 100x10, 110x8
*Skull crushers 2sets 100x12, 2sets 110x10
*DB Curls, 2sets 45lbs (alternating)x 12, 2sets 50x10
*Tricept ext 2sets 120x12, 2sets 140x10
*Reverse curls 2 sets 80lbs x 10, 2sets 100x8
*CLose grip bench press, 135x20, 185x15, 225x10, 225x9
*DB hammer curls 4sets 50lbs x10 (alternating)
*Fore Arms DB curls 4sets 45lbs x15 each arms

Day 10
Rest day from both cardio and training. Weight today was 193.2-193.4lbs switching on scale. Muscle hardness and fullness. Well one third of the way in and im noticing effects. So I know it will get better the rest of the run on OstaRx.Last edited by Kaotic; 04-21-2012 at 10:23 PM.

Day 11
Weight 193 on the mark. (Was a bit surprised since I usually weight more the day after my complete rest day) Got to admit, for NOT taking any stims right now, my energy is high!
Sunday LEGS
(Did legs today since I didn't think my chest was fully recovered, and legs felt fine so I swapped muscles since I normally train chest on sunday)
*Light warm up on bike for 5mins to get blood flowing
*Warm-up Leg ext: 2 sets 130lbs x15, 2 sets 150lbs x 12
*Front Squats, 135x12, 185x12, 225x10, 275x10, 315x8, 365x5
*Lunges, 4 sets 135lbs x 10 steps each leg
*Leg Curls, 2 sets 140x12, 2 set 160x10
*Stiff Leg Deads, 4 sets 135lbs x 12
*Single legs extensions, 3 sets toes pointed out 120 x 12, 3 sets toes pointed in 130x12

Day 12
Weight: 193.0
30Mins liss cardio on empty stomach after waking up.
Feeling leaner, harder, and fuller everyday. Energy not bad for dieting (going on 7 weeks now). Strength has not dropped and endurance has increased! Im sure strength would shot up if I was bulking since I can tell that weights ive been using are getting easy to rep.
Monday Chest
*DB Incline Bench Pres, 75lbs x12, 85lbs x 12, 95x10, 105x10, 115 x8
*Decline Bench, 135x15, 185x12, 225x10, 275x8, 315x8
*Cable flys, 2 sets 50lbs each side x 12 reps, 2 sets 60x 10
*Flat seated machine press, 220lbs x 12, 230x 10, 240x 10,250 x 10, 260 x 8
*Weighted dips with 45lb plate, 4 sets x 15
*Bodyweight push ups, 4 sets till failure each set
Veins popping out, pump is great. Workouts have been going very good!
