Day 13
Weight 194.0lbs, jumped up a pound from yesterday not sure, didn't refeed. Updating this early since today is a cardio only, rest day from training. Should be dropping soon, cardio is going to be bumped up to 40mins liss on empty stomach.

Day 14
Weight after cardio only, day off of training was 194lbs.
30Mins of liss cardio on empty stomach after wake. Veins were very visible when waking something new im starting to notice, since I mostly notice them show around workout time, now its getting to the point were there popping all day long! Love the vascularity im getting!
Wednesday: Back
*Hyper Ext to warm up lower back, 4 sets with 45lbs plate x 12 reps
*Free Weight and Bar with V-Handle Tbar rows, 2 sets of 3-45lbs plates x 12, 4plates x 12, 5 plates x 10, 6 plates x8
* Bent over barbell rows, 2 sets 135lbs x 12, 2 sets 185 x 10, 2 sets 225 x 8
* Lat Pull Downs, 3 sets Wide grip 130x12, 140x12, 150x10, then 3 sets shoulder width 140x12, 150x10, 160x10
*DB Rows, 80x12, 90x12, 100x10, 110x8 each side
*DB Pull overs 4 sets 90lbs x 12
And to kill the back ended with dead lift since I just had the extra energy to do it, I normally do dead every other week.
*Dead Lifts, 135lbs x 12, 225 x 12, 315 x 10, 405 x 10, 455 x 5, 495lbs x 2
Back was flared out pumped! Endurance feels like its better and better every workout which is fucking good during diet! Like I said earlier, if it didnt need to be cycled, I would run this the rest of my prep. Just about half way through already, and loving the Osta Rx so far!!!

DAY 15
Weight 193.6lbs.
Forgot to update last night past out aftr gym. So this is a day late. Ill get day16 (today) later.
Thursday: Shoulders
*DB lateral raise 25lbs x 12, 30x12, 35x10, 40x8
*BB Military Press, 135x12, 185x10, 185x10, 225x5
*Arnold DB Press, 50x12, 60x10, 70x8, 70x7
*Rear Delt seated machine flys, 100x15, 130x12, 150x12, 170x10
*Front DB Raises, 35x12, 40x12, 45x10, 50x8
*Upright Rows, 110x 12, 110x12, 120x9, 120x8
Cardio has increased to 40mins. Shoulders were on fire with alot of blood in the delts! For day 16 will post later today, Provo has made adjustments to my diet and also included a refeed of 350post workout. Osta Rx is working very well everyday. NO negative side effects to report.

Day 16
Weight 193.2-193.4
Morning Liss cardio 40mins, with 350grams post workout refeed. Arms today, full muscle feeling all day long with alot of veins popping out. No negative side effect, and no vision problems at all.
Friday: ARMS
*BB Curls, 65lbs x12, 85x12, 105x10, 115x10
*Skull Crushers with EZ Bar, 2 sets 100 x 15, 2 sets 110x 12
*DB Hammer Curls, 50lbs x 12, 55x10, 55x10, 60x8
*Triceps Ext. 100x12, 120,x10, 140x10, 160x10
*Precher Curls with EZ BAR, 80X10, 80X 10, 90X8, 90X8
*Weighted Dips with 45lb plate, 4 sets x 12 reps
*DB RACK CURLS TILL FAILURE, didnt count reps, started at 50lbs DB's then went down in increments of 5lbs to 30lbs DB.
*Close Grip Bench Press, 135x20, 185x15, 2 sets 225x10

Day 17
Weight 196lbs
Day after 350grams refeed, today only a 40mins liss cardio session on empty stomach in the AM. Day off training. Im feeling rock hard especially since after my refeed. Muscles feel pumped all day long even though I did not work out.

Day 18
Weight 195lbs (Day after rest day)
40mins of Liss Cardio on treadmill in AM on empty stomach.
Woke up feeling solid, hard, and full muscle feeling. Osta Rx I feel has kicked in to its full potential, although I did feel results from beginning to now. Today had so much energy legs were SUPER PUMPED that they started too hurt cause I had so much blood rush! I loved the feeling it gives me like I feel good all day long. Veins are now popping out just about 24/7. Damn Im loving this, I wish I didnt have to cycle this product and could run it the rest of my prep, but only have 12 more days left . This Stuff WORKS!!!!
Sunday: LEGS
*SQUATS: 3 WARM UP SETS, 12 reps each, 135lbs, 225lbs, 275lbs.
Working sets 315lbs ass to grass squats, 10 sets of 10
*Leg Extensions, 150x12, 170x12, 190x10, 210x9
*Lunges: 135lbs on barbell 10 steps each leg for 3 sets (Legs were on FIRE PUMPED!!!!)
*V-Squat Machine (Facing towards machine, doing a modified front squat) 2 sets of 4-45lbs plates each side for 12 reps, 2 sets of 5-45lbs plates each side for 10 reps.
Legs were spent after this workout. Damn good pumped up feeling, as I type this, legs STILL PUMPED!

Day 19
Weight this morning is 193.4lbs.
Took today off from gym due to getting off late from work and since I get up very early for work, I just made today a cardio day only. 40mins LISS cardio in AM after waking up on empty stomach. Then in PM, did 25 mins HIIT cardio on bike. Cardio was a breeze. Again nothing bad to report. Great feeling of well being all day long.
