    Default Clen/ Yohimbine Question

    I'm helping a girl get ready for her show, figure class. Right now we've just switched to Keto and implemented Yohimbine HCL. I've seen a lot of posts here about NOT taking clen with Yohimbine.... Is there any specific reason for this? As a male, I have taken bioth together rmany times, and know quite a few females who use helios as well. The girl I'm speaking of will be taking the Yoh and Clen both orally. What is the reason behind not taking clen and Yoh together?

    Secondly, many take taurine with clen to help with cramping and the impact clen has on thyroid levels. Taurine is also known to cause water retention.... would it be beneficial to use a small dose, say 12.5 or 25mcg of T3 along with clen vs taurine?

    One thing you have to watch w/ Yohimbine is too much of it can make you sick to your stomach. If you're using a tab/liquid that is a combo of both then when you increase clen, you increase Yohimbine and may experience the nasty stomach.

    Yohimbine is just sort of dicey to work with because of that and you need to pay attention to the dosing.

    RE: Taurine - I don't think you need to worry so much about water retention from taurine. The point of competition prep is to dial into a show date. If you have supplement-related water, it really only matters as you come into show date. I'd generally recommend dropping the clen by the time of peak weak anyway to simplify all of the different influences on the body that last week. The effect of using taurine and any water retention (which I"ve never really heard of as an issue) prior to then I'd just not worry about and spend time looking for other things to manipulate the water in addition. While you're cutting a little water is not a bad thing to protect the joints, etc. while you're depleting. But all in all, the water would drop when you stop the clen and the taurine, if it matters at all.

    I don't think its bad thing to run t3 w/ clen in general. But don't go more than 25mcg because then you enter the part about t3 metabolizing your hard-earned muscle as well if you're not running an AAS with it.

    Thanks very much Sassy! She is on Var, 12.5mg/ week so that should offset any muscle wasting if we decide to go with T3.

    The yohimbine is HCL by Primaforce.... I use .09mg/ lb of BW. We've worked up to 10mg taken prior to AM fasted cardio. The clen are tabs from an EU pharmacy. I don't trust liquids at all, especially when it's clen.

    Yea, a lot of people believe tuarine provides a volumizing effect similar to creatine. Most people I worked with have recommended dropping it leading up to a show. I don't have any science on it, was just throwing it out there.

    Out of curiosity, is there a amount of time u can run clen? I know a few people on it and I've always wondered if they are safe running it year around.

    I don't see the point in running clen year round. Its sort of like any other supplement and particularly thermos - you should cycle them. Things like adrenal fatigue wait in the wings.
