    Default fat loss peptide

    What is the best peptide for fat loss? I have used ghrp6, ghrp2 and igf. Although I have never used any of those with my intent being fat loss. I want a peptide that will help with fat loss, qulaity of life and not causing water weight gain.
    With that being said which peptide is best(not just the three mentioned ablove, any peptide)...

    If you use lgf-1 lr3 in your research correctly.....you can lean out with it....

    Whole foods meal 1-11/2 bours before training that has 4-6 oz of low g carbs
    40-60mcg of igf-1 lr3(lr3 only)right after training....not when you get home or in the car....when you finish the last set off to the bathroom
    Chase that igf with 2-3 scoops of torrent(the one with carbs)my test subjects have used karbolyn and other pwo shkaes...but torrent seems to work the best...fyi..there is a zero carb torrent....you dont eant that one...
    1 hour after training eat a whole foods meal with carbs...ie..potatoes....oat meal...etc..

    A intra drink is all good if your one that needs or uses that...but its not a must...people debate this protocal but i yet to see it not work...and work well...real world feedback...

    GHRP 2 at three doses a day, dose size of 100, works very well. GHRP 6, regardless of any appetite increase it may, or may not cause, does not burn fat.

    AICAR is incredibly effective in research. though it is a bit cost prohibitive if taken in the doses required for non animal studies.

    all peptides cause you to hold water to some degree. thats why i dont use them anymore.

    regarding administration, would that be into the muscle trained? or is any site good enough?

    DES helped me get learner and stay learner, helped me destroy them gym, took my post-workout cardio to a whole new level, and it was pretty cheap compare to the other high peptides.

    3 dosages of GHRP-2(100mcg/dosage), CJC1295 w/o dac(100mcg/dosage), and hgh frag(300-500mcg)

    So those 4 did really well for me but sadly I never got to try lr3.

    cheapest stack is ghrp-2 and cjc1295 w/o dac...then with des...then with frag.

    Each person is unique and different. I used GHRP 6 alone, with nothing else except all the food I ate....did same with GHRP 2. NEITHER one caused me to hold water. With GHRP 2, I ate like a pig, and not necessarily clean food, and woke up every morning looking like someone did a "tuck" on my Abs.

    I take that back, GHRP 6 cause me to hold water a little bit, the very first ten days or so....but not the remaining 30 weeks I used it and GHRP 2 alternating. When I switched from 6 to 2, it was like taking a diet pill at night.

    And only at that level of bf will u know if u hold water or not. If you don't think u hold water on peps ur retarded. Just like generic GH u will hold water as well. Pharm GH has minimal water retention but still some.... BC knows what he's talkin bout

    Yeah, agreed with you and BC.

    But like you said, unless you're already stupid lean (like BC) then you'll likely not even notice the fluid retention.

    In my opinion, the fatloss and recomp abilities of HGH (and I guess peptides to a degree) far outway any negative effects of holding some water, assuming you're not 2weeks out from a show and water is an issue.

    Yeah it'll take you one step back because you're holding water, BUT you'll have already moved ahead four steps due to its fat burning/recomping abilities.

    Even with the water retention though the fat loss that comes with them is amazing and afterward you could just stay off of them...but while your cutting why not use them? I mean lets say your going from 10% to 6%...well you can use the peptides and once you hit your goal, or close to it, then you can just drop the peptides.

    Either way...I still LOVE every. single. workout. while I'm on DES...I mean comes on who doesn't love doing 20+ on squats and then do another set within a minute or less...or being able to do post-workout cardios after an insae legs workout.
