If someone was to run a low dose of GH (2 Iu's) for a long period of time (at least one year straight), is it best to take 2 days off per week or just take every day? Reasons for either?

If you are running a low dose (and even a high dose), IMO, you should use GH every single day. I believe that the main reason for taking the two days off was to help save money and make the gh last longer.

I believe that there are some studies that show some merit to running high doses every other day (when using gh for growth purposes), but if you're looking more towards fat loss, anti-aging, and general sense of well-being effects, it seems that every day injections for as long as possible (6 months, 12 months, forever!) is the way to go.

Thanks! That's what my thinking was but of late guys in my gym have been saying that you need two non-consecutive days off a week to give your "body a break". Made no sense to me but I wanted confirmation.....Thanks again.
