Yeah I think having that super bowl win in his hip pocket caused him to dodge a lot of blame for that interception this past season.The coaches seemed to get it all and I'm sure they thought they had a qb that was aware enough to throw that ball away if it wasn't wide open.anyway enough Russell Wilson bashing.That wasn't my intent.I am ready for football to start though.

I think I actually saw her move once yesterday.Workouts have been all over the place because of work but I'm getting them all in.Back at 9 o'clock last night arms at 4 this morning.Great thing about the home gym.Will get plenty of rest this weekend though.Legs Saturday morning then just goof off all day.Y'all have a great weekend.Train hard

Ran 2 miles yesterday then did my ab machine alternated with 100yd sprints for 6 sets.Shoulder is killing me.I have to lay off it for a couple of weeks.I will figure out some way to work around it.

I've been doing tabata sprints for a couple of months now two or three times a week.They are over quickly but are grueling.Last weekend I decided to go for an easy 2 mile run.Easy as in if it hurts I will walk a while Much to my surprise I ran the whole thing at a pretty good pace and was not really struggling.A combination on the conditioning from the sprints and I've lost some weight since the last time I ran made them pretty easy.I am going to keep doing the tabata twice during the week and doing a long run one day during the weekend.I may have to curtail some of my upper body lifting for a while because of my shoulder but I can push the running and also lower body training
