We are hitting about 95 with high humidity.By next month we will be over 100 but the humidity will not be as high so it will actually feel better.Joshua I have heard stories about the heat over in that part of the world.They can keep it.

Back done! 5 sets of rows up to 225. One arm cable rows for 5 then them straight arm pulldown things with a rope for 5 sets.Finished with a 400meter sprint or as we called it in my day the 440. When the problems of the world are weighing on our shoulders we go in and push and pull on a mountain of weight for an hour walk out and say "hey World what else you got?"

LOVE the Florida heat here...humidity and all. I really thinks it helps with recovery. I am from Pittsburgh and while I always will call it home, I have NO DESIRE to go back into the cold!

Got all my training in this weekend.Yesterday morning chest and tri then mowed and took a nap then workred biceps in the afternoon.Good diet all weekend but did eat a small piece of fathers day cake last night no big cheats though.20160620_041235.jpgFull moon over Texas this morning

Shoulders last night.Shrugs ss with presses.Hit 315 for as many reps as I can on shrugs then immediately do presses on the smith with 135.Did 4 cycles of this.Got some good work plus my shoulder wasnt hurting.Did some lateral then touch up for bi and tri.All in all it went well.

Trudging along here.Worked chest and arms last night.Incline benches only went up to 185 but it felt good.20 reps first set then2cmore sets.Cant remember the reps but less.Db presses then flyes.Good bicep workout.Started at the 20 lb. Dbs and pyramid up to the 40s in 5lb. Increments.10 reps each non stop then back down.Finished with some cable curls.Biceps are actually sore today.Feels good.Yall have a good day

Need to update this a little.Training is going good.Shoulders last night.4 sets of shrugs ss with presses.315 on the shrugs 135 on the presses then hit 4 sets of laterals.Touch up for arms did 3 sets of dips ss with 3 sets of db curls.Been doing something a little different for cardio.I do a 400 meter sprint then take a 90 second rest and do another one.Last night I did three for the first time.I run these ad hard as I can and am really gassed afterwards.Y'all have a great weekend we made it to Friday.
