Legs this morning:leg ext.leg press then squats on the Smith mach.leg curls then calves.Been mowing in 95 degree heat the last 2 hours.Was going to do some cardio later...we'll see.Enjoy your Sunday guys

I dieted pretty strict till the end of May then took a week off of dieting and training.I only lasted two days on the off training but eating anything I wanted was not a problem.I had a Dr. appointment after that and weighed 207 fully clothed so probably 204 or so.That's down about 20 lbs.I was watching some Ufc and a couple of guys about my height and carrying a lot of muscle only weighed about 175 lbs.I look at those guys and think "shit I must still be a fatass"???anyway I'm dieting hard with a few more carbs.I guess we're never satisfied.

I have a very busy work week coming up so I hit a full body workout yesterday and will fill in with some body parts this week.I did bench press squat deadlift Db overhead press then Db curls all for 3 sets each doing a 10 8 6 rep scheme.I was pretty gassed after.I use to train like this all the time years ago.Have a great day guys.
