Getting ready to train in about an hour.Having me a little caffeine.Been resting a pulled muscle in my back all week.It's not completely well but I'm going to try to work around it.Have a great Saturday everyone

Hit chest and back this morning Incline benches then flat and then 3 quick sets of pushups.Back was rows,pulldowns and straight arm pulldowns with a rope done in cycle fashion 5 cycles.A little cold for Texas this morning.Have a great weekend

Updating this a little.Worked shoulders and back already this morning.Shrugs then presses then laterals.Back was a circuit of rows pulldowns and straight arm pulldowns with a rope.5 times through this.No pain anywhere in the body and training is going good.Thanks for all the support eveyone

Haven't updated this lately.It's really the same thing over and over but really that's when things are going best.Just hitting the same bodyparts with pretty much the same exercises and not having to work around an injury or squeezing in a hurried workout because your busy.I hit shoulders and back yesterday and will hit chest and arms in about an hour.Same old exercises benches and curls and all that boring stuff but that's a good thing.I do think I might drive across town and try this In &out burger y'all keep talking about.Have a great Saturday guys
