I'm with you on the whole town shutting down with a couple inches. People are behaving like the sky is falling over here, LOL! Snow that started falling at 9 am just changed over to sleet/ice storm. People are driving like idiots.
Enjoy leg day at home!
When I lived in Burlington, VT it seemed like it snowed every day all winter long, and it only melted during the April mud season! We got 117" in the winter of '92 and they were dumping the snow into Lake Champlain. I walked my dog through sidewalk "tunnels" - you could hear the traffic but the snow banks were so tall you could't see over them!2016 RX Member of the Year & March 2015 Member of the Month

I'm glad we get a LOT of sun in comparison to other states. Our snow will accumulate, and begin to melt as soon as the sun shows up later that day, or the following.

Early morning shoulder training today.Started with shrugs then presses and laterals.I will say this again some of you who may have trouble getting your shoulders loose should try doing shrugs first.I can go right into a working set after 3 hard sets of shrugs.Diet is going real well with low carbs all week and one fill up on the weekend.I ate a whole box of oatmeal raison cookies Sat. night.Still warm and chewy.mmmmm have a great hump day all.

Mmmm. Oatmeal cookies! I am making those tomorrow for my kids. We're expecting 7-10" of snow tonight into tomorrow, followed by a blast of extreme cold on Friday. Should shut down schools the rest of the week. LOL. Every time we get hammered like this I make them a treat. This time boy wants blueberry pound cake, girls want oatmeal cookies. Husband eats leftovers, I stay lean. Thanks for the tip on shrugs!

they actually started this past Saturday.I saw their schedule for 2015 and the last home game is with Baylor. This will probably be for the conference if not for the playoff.I have a buddy that gets me tickets a few times a year.I will be putting in a call for that one.
