Good weekend of training in the books.Worked chest and triceps Sunday morning.Incline presses first.I only went up to 185 because of some shoulder problem but got a lot of reps and some good work.Did some light flyes after.Worked triceps with some heavy rope pushdowns then kickbacks with a cable then finished with three light sets of extension or "skullcrushers" I like doing these heavy but the same bad shoulder affects them.I got a good workout for each bodypart though.I then ate and mowed for 3 hours and got a good nap in.About 6pm I went back to the shed and worked biceps.I was good and rested from the nap and really blasted them.I did a pyramid of db curls starting with 20 for 10 then 25,30,35,40 then worked back down.No rest between sets so I was pretty gassed after.I then rested a few minutes and did 3 sets of cable curls.Late afternoon rain shower cooled things off and made it pretty enjoyable. No training today just stick to the diet and recover.Y'all have a great Monday.

20160407_202037.jpgweighed my smith machine yesterday.I got a set of scales and I weighed exactly 208.I then put a 10 on each end of the bar and stood on the scales with the bar on my shoulders like I was going to squat. It weighed exactly 273.8 so it is actually a hair over 45lb.Assuming the weights were 10.I didnt think to weigh them.So the weight on it is true but it is still easier than a free bar (to me anyway) because of the guided path the bar travels
