Wow. Sorry about the elbow. Never a good time.
And the funeral. It seems like more and more are taking place. I'll be 54 this month and can't help but notice the funeral notices and obituaries of people I grew up with.

????my birthday is in March but thanks.Anyway hit a good chest workout last night.Started with dumbell presses on about 20 degree incline.For some reason these don't seem to aggrivate my elbow pain.Went to inclines on the smith and finished with flyes.Everything feels pretty good.Stayed on the diet.We got a little break from the heat this week so that is nice.Y'all have a great hump day.

Still grinding along.Hit chest and shoulders last night.Usual exercises, presses flyes laterals shrugs.I had been doing 400meter sprints for cardio and they were really helping but I am having such pain in my right hip joint for days afterwards that I am going to have to do something different for cardio.I don't do well with long walks.I get too bored but I may have to just do it anyway.I may be able to drag my weighted sled without aggrivating it.We will see.Y'all have a great day.20160822_101754.jpgthis guy stopped by the shop yesterday so he got a bite of my morning steak

I got me an eliptical machine for the home gymthis weekend.Did some high intensity cardio (90 second sprints).Have been running sprints on the grass but it's been jacking up my hip.This machine gave me a good workout and everything feels good so far.Went to the ballpark in Arlington Sat. night and saw my Rangers beat Cleavland 7-0
