Great weekend of training finishing withan Easter Sunday leg workout.Front squats ,leg extensions and lunges,hammies and calves.Diet going great.I think I'm going to get in my best shape in years.We will see.

Bob a 3 day weekend of training eating and taking naps.I guess most people would find that boring.I had a very good 3:30 am shoulder workout this morning.Will have a long day at work but I know the training is done.Have a great day everyone!

little bit of rain but the tornados were North of us in Oklahoma.This is the season for them through.

Getting ready to hit legs.Good chest and arm workout yesterday.I seem to have more energy as I am adapting to low carbs.I may add a little more cardio for the next couple of months.Enjoy your Sunday everyone.

I'm going to diet and train hard until the end of May and then take 2 weeks off dieting and eat whatever I want and maybe take 2 weeks off training.We'll see on the training.

Great back workout this morning.4 exercises for 3 sets each.I'm pretty caught up at work so I'm going in an hour later today and I was able to get down to my gym and drink a cup of coffee and get mentally ready instead of my usual just walk in and start blasting.Lots of concentration on pulldowns and rows my back really felt pumped.Hope everyone has a fun weekend planned and can do something with the family.By y'all
