yeah that was tough to be sitting at number 3 and win 55-3 and drop to number 6.I guess they wanted to see Meyer and Saban go against each other TCU will play Ole Miss should be a good game and we have most of our guys coming back next year

Up at 4 am and headed down to my shed for shoulders, full moon so I could see well and there is a big ass skunk between me and my gym.Let's just say I took the long way around him.Started with shrugs for 4 sets then presses 3 working sets then laterals side and rear.All these years and nothing makes me feel better than an early morning workout.Have a great day everyone

no for cardio I have been doing a series of 100 yard sprints with 10 second rests in between.I think I may put the sled back in on leg days

some of my better workouts come when the world is sleeping and clears up the rest of the day

Blasted back this morning.Started with shrugs (shrugging twice a week) then pulldowns,rows in the Smith machine then a few sets of db rows.Fast workout in and out in 30 minutes.Going to hit a couple of hard workouts this weekend if I can just get through today.Have a great day guys

Some of my best workouts are done in 30 minutes. Other pleasures are much shorter at my age.
