Nice job Cook, I trained fasted for about 6 months, and am now having a smaller meal before hand (50 p, 35 c) and I feel alot more muslce fullness during!

Carbs play a major role in that.. Hence why volumizers work much better with food in the system prior to training instead of on an empty. Same with pre-workouts with agmatine as well (aid in the pump) both play a vital role. When fasted a pre-workout will murder you, but your vascularity and pump will be minimal with less food.

I tried training fasted awhile back, I kept getting dizzy half way in, this was when I was training Yates style and I was not dieting eating a ton of calories about 5,000 a day. From now on I at least have one meal before training, especially when dieting.

I`ve been doing it for years but just lately I started getting that dizzy feeling during my workout.I`m off today but I will try it again in the morning and see.The kids came over last night and we all went out to eat at an italian resturant by my house. They have a steak I usually get but were out of them and I didnt want to eat pizza or lasagna so I`m giving the waiter instructions to grill me a couple of beef patties with a small amount of pasta. The wife and kids are rolling their eyes as usual.

I train fasted 1 week a year...I have my corporate office in town 1 week a year and we are busy up until 6pm or later pending business meetings with contractors and such. I try to be at the gym around 430 as I would rather spend the night hours with the family.
Haha I so the same thing at restaurants. "Can that be served with no dressing/sauce?"
"Can I sub that for veggies?"
"Is there an option to have that baked?"
"Extra green veggies please."Training / Prep / Off-season coach: Kevin McDowell / Extreme One

It`s been a while but I was at a Logans Roadhouse here in town and I wanted to order grilled chicken.Well they didnt have a plain grilled chicken on the menu but they did have one that had cheese melted over it.So I order it(I think it was called the Southwest chicken) and I say to grill it with no cheese on it.A few minutes later the girl comes with a plate with a fried chicken pattie on it and says"I know this isnt what you ordered but do you want this" so I said no just give me what I ordered.A few minutes later she comes back with the grilled chicken with cheese on it.I told her I wanted it without cheese and she told me "all our chicken comes with cheese on it"I told her yes but I ordered it without cheese.I said I am not asking for anything extra just leave the cheese off.So she gets pissed off and takes it back and my wife says "well you may get it without cheese but I hope you dont mind a little spit"

I agree with Mrs CM....at that point, I would just remove the cheese...she probably licked the chicken too.
