Thanks guys,great leg workout Saturday then went for a 20 minute high intensity run about 9 this morning.It was already about 90 degrees so it was a struggle.I`m at my son`s house now so me and my grandson get in the pool for what I thought would be a refreshing swim but then a WWE wrestling match broke out.Hope you`re all having a great Sunday

Good morning guys,hit some arms this morning.Nothing fancy db curls,barbell curls,cable curls then tri`s.It was 85 degree at 4 am.After the arms I ran some sprints in my back yard.It was still dark and that a little scary.Even though I knew there was nothing in the way it `s a weird feeling.
