its been all over the place here also Cook. Was in the high 20s a few days few weeks ago and then mid 70s lol lately been about mid 60s very nice out

Worked shoulders this morning.Did a non-stop cycle of shrugs,presses,laterals and rear laterals Went through this four times.Good workout real fast and was breathing really hard.Started a low carb diet yesterday.I have had success with this in the past.Steak for breakfast,steak and green beans for lunch,green salad with grilled chicken and a hamburger patty for dinner then turkey and cheese for a late snack.I told my wife the lack of carbs might make me a little cranky.She said that would be an improvement....women?

Alright Friday,worked back already this morning.Into my 4th day low carb or basically no carb.I had yesterday Protein drink (6 carbs) sausage and eggs,lunch was beef patties with cheese,dinner was steak and eggs ,later had another protein drink and turkey.Let me know if ya'll have any ideas to add to my low carbness.Have a great weekend everyone.
