Serum levels
What should the serum level for HGH and testosterone be for a 20 year old healthy male living an active lifestyle with strength training and a healthy diet?
No smoking and no drinking.
I would appreciate a list with the appropiate ranges for different serum tests in the forum.

Please note that in the Age Management field, normal is not optimal range. In my field optimal levels are at the 80th to 90th percentile of normal.
Please check with your health care provider what his/her normal values are. The values differ from one lab to another.

My thread is not meant to suggest levels to those under age 35. Please pose that question to an endocrinologist.
