Got 4th place, what to I need to do work on to move up?
I am 51 years old & compete in the master divisions. Keep getting 2nd to 4th place. Need some help on what to work on. Thx

you need to be tighter in ham glute area. posing needs work as well. i would sit more into chest pose, and in front poses open your feet wider and turn toes out. rear pose extend leg a bit to side.

Really tough to see alot from.those pics....your posing def needs work...you would improve just with better posing..hire a coach...that will solve alot of your concerns....good luck..

Posing need a lot of work. Muscle and conditioning good for that lineup. Just a few tweaks and you'll be good to go.
