The biggest issue within my comp prep is that I retain A LOT OF WATER! I mostly hold water in my legs and arms. Any tips on what I can do to get rid of the water. I have 13 days til my next figure show and I'm doing my best not to panic. I was told I should try Xpel or Diurex. What I have noticed is that most of the women in figure now are not as hard as they were before because of women's physique. any tips would help.
