Grip Strength Training Routine Suggestions?
Was thinking of getting a set of Crush Grippper to train my grip. Can someone suggest a training routine or a site that has good info on training routines for grip?
I'm thinking of buying the CoC beginner set and go up from there - http://www.roguecanada.ca/captains-o...h-grippers.php

Train the grip like any other bodypart. Just remember you use grip strength everyday. So give your hands proper rest and recovery.
John Brookfields mastery of hand strength is a great book to read.
Personally I never go above 5 reps

I like the CoC but not sure if they really increase grip strength. I recommend using straps on nothing lifts like lat pulldowns, but on things like Deadlifts I believe its good to go as heavy as you can with straps.

they increase crush grip. Static grip is holding the bar which straps hurt
