impressive lifting, must be pretty cool to know you can deadlift 405 more times than pretty much anyone on the planet.

My review and observations on the greatest Bros vs Pros to date. The Special Olympics of Connecticut were so impressed with what we did, they want to help us promote heavily for the next one in the NE.

A special thanks to Met-Rx, Supplement City of CT and Poundstone Performance Training Center. Derek and Kristen have put together an incredible 3,000sq' of equipment for the highest level of training imaginable.
Thanks also to John Brillante and Nora Mason of Special Olympics Connecticut for their help and John's impressive lifting. Derek will have a total amount raised for SO in the coming days. I am pretty certain we made it over the $2,000 mark!
Thanks also to JTP, Pete the Intern and of course the girl behind every aspect of this event, my honey, SallyAnne Taylor.
Bros vs Pros XII will be in Phoenix AT THE EUROPA EXPO in the Expo itself on Saturday,Oct 20th! Equipment will be provided by Josh Barnett of Metroflex Phoenix. Our Pro is locked in. We are changing things up slightly to make this more accessible to a broader range of people. Men will have 3 events this time. Women will have two. More money too!
Stay tuned as we announce details in the coming weeks.
