Strange things at the grocery store
Fun thread, list some funny/strange things that happen to you at the grocery story due to your bodybuilder lifestyles.
1. Cashier inevitably no matter who it is will ask me about grassfed beef vs. regular beef and do my omega 3 eggs taste different than regular eggs...happens every single time I check out
2. I once had a guy look into my cart as I passed by to see what I had in there. He literally sifted through my cart and then he said he wanted to eat like me to "get like me"
3. Some stocker, 45 or so years old, throws up his version of a front double biceps everytime I cross his path down the aisle

Just this past Friday I had a lady tell me while trying to buy my 8 1/2 dozen eggs for the week that eating that many eggs is bad for me and Ill get high cholesterol...
I looked in her cart to see nothing but little debbies, carpi-suns and pasta... yea I bit my tongue and said ok.

Im not quite big enough for some of those comments. But i frequently get the comment... "Having a big BBQ this weekend?" Weekly I get about 15 chicken breasts and 6lbs of beef. They dont really say much when i say its just for me this week.

Not at the grocery store, but sometimes I go to this sushi place to get a double meat chicken teriyaki for lunch.
There's this old Asian guy there named Stephen (the manager?) who seems to have a thing for me. Every time I go in there he makes a huge deal of it, saying things like "lookah this big guy! he look like movie stah!", grabs my arm and/or shoulder, pats me on the back, and gives me a free fountain drink.
Once I showed up and ordered my double meat teriyaki, and he comes back from the kitchen with this big shit eating grin on his face and goes, "You ordah doubah meat!!! I give you TRIPPAH meat!" He hands me my order and there must have been like 2lb.+ of chicken teriyaki in there...lol. Got a free extra meal out of it that time.
Odd, but I'll take the free shit. lol

LOL that's hilarious I get that one too from time to time...
Reminds me, the free samples on a tooth pick lady asked me if I'd like some of her sample, I remember it was a sugary carb of some-sort, because I remember my answer (must have been having a shitty day)..."no thanks, I don't eat carbs, they'll make you fat" which since it was a lady who looked about as old as a grandmother felt like kind of a dick thing to say in hindsight.

Not sure if this fits, but it's funny and it happened in the grocery store.
Im in the store with my best friend and roomate at the time. We walked past some attractive ladies and one of them called my buddy a "beefcake" . I start laughing my ass off and makeing fun of him for being referred to in 80's termonology. He gets pissed and we just about throw down in the meat section. We are swearing at each other and old ladies are appaled by our behavior. Some skinny little fella working in the store comes over and tries to get between us. We both turn on him and tell him he is about to get a beat down if he doesn't beat it. Funny as hell, too much test and ego!!!!
On a happy note, we worked it out. He was my best man and I will be his this summer. Awwwweeee......

There is a Walmart here known as "Ghetto Mart". I occasionally stop there if its on the way. Three separate times I have been there, I have been stopped by someone who just got out of jail.. Every single time they either were bigger than me in prison(but back to 170lbs now lol) or their boys were. Also, everyone benched 500lbs minimum. I am pretty sure 2 of the 3 were in there for drugs, so they are probably delusional already.

I have had people follow me around in the supermarket before, trying to see what is in my trolley, mostly middle aged women haha.
Funniest thing i have ever had said to me was at work, I drive passenger trains here in Sydney, and im walking down the platform, the trains pulling out, and this guy hangs his head out and says "what are the paying you with here, steroids" , I had to laugh, I yelled back, "no they pay me with money, which I exchange for steroids"
