Thanks man! That was week 8 with John. Week 9 starts tomorrow. As far as weight I am just going to see what happens closer to showtime. I def think I could make welter again but we will see what I look like about 7-8lbs lighter.
Thanks Steve, I think they actually grew even more from my last show. The biggest thing I noticed from Johns leg training is the size I put on in my adductors.
Gotta bring the shred to hang with some of the bigger guys!

Not much to report today besides a brutal chest and shoulder session. AM cardio was increased 10 min.
4-30-12
-HS Chest Press: 2 x warm up
3x8 with a hard flex at the top
-Incline BB Bench
5 total sets here
I started lighter and did sets of 6 until I worked up to a weight that I could barely get 6 with
-Incline DB Bench
3x10 @95
-Banded Bench Press
3x5 using constant tension
-stretch the chest out pretty good
-Tri Set for Shoulders:
Side DB Laterals x 12 >> Rear Delt Band Pull Aparts x 15 >> Spider Crawls x up and down the wall twice
* I did 3 rounds of this
-Cage Presses:
3 x 6 (I tilt my hbead forward at the end of these to get a hard flex in the delts)
