I had to look twice myself when I saw him onstage. His arms looked like a cartoon. He dwarfed everyone on that stage including Jay and Branch. Phil has always had freaky arms but he's way bigger now.

I agree. The only one who could beat him would be Kai but he would have to be at his best and he usually misses his peak at the Olympia.

I think part of that is Branch is probably in his "low" drug regimen time and Phil is, for whatever reason, not. The same with Jay. With that said, he sure has some crazy full muscle bellies...

When I saw him at the flex pro he looked much less impressive in clothes than many other pros. Ben P dwarfed him, Dusty Hanshaw, and Fouad all did as well. I would have guessed there he was like 260 and not that hard.

The little shape he had was lost about two years ago, he's not a wide guy by nature and him getting so big threw that off even more, craziest muscle structure I've ever seen tho! He has no weak body parts except for his clavicles and that's it

The thing about Phil is that he competes in top condition every time. He's never competed smooth or off. His only off condition was when he had food poisoning before the '09 Olympia. He has much better shape than Cutler or Branch. It was funny when Bob Chic asked Branch if he could beat Phil. Branch answered his typical, "Yeah, definitely. If I didn't believe it, than I might as well not even compete" even though he had to KNOW in his head that he would have a better chance of winning the lotto twice than ever beating that freak sitting next to him.
