Jay was just losing anything that resembled a aesthetically pleasing physique and Victor's distention was getting way out of hand. I think it's going to be an awesome fresh start for the both of them. Still don't think they're going to take out Phil anytime soon, but I think it revitalizes their careers.

I think Jay has accepted the paradime shift that happened in bodybuilding after Phils win last year, and is therefore trying to come in smaller but more estetic. I dont think we'll see the huge, blocky mass monster Jay Cutler became after chasing Ronnie Coleman all those years. I think we'll see a smaller and, dear I say, symetrical package in the Mr. O to come.

obviously vic's downtime was not ideal though with diet, matbe totally crashing on the test, no training, probably little sleep and all the health problems that will come along with the stress. You cant put his and jay's rest periods in the same catagory! Although i do agree partially
