Nice! Man, I have to get up your way more. Even though we are less than two hours apart, the quality of guys at the gyms you go to is so much better.
What's the plan nutrition wise? Still slowly add cals back in? One cheat per week?

its improving for sure i hope what im doing allows it to keep healing, but last week i was spotting silverman on a row machine doing 5 plates and it snapped back and popped me right in the right pec, a bit black and blue a week later and it really hurt to do chest movements. when it rains it pours i guess.
yeah but at the same time sometimes you get alot of unknown freaks in those south jersey shows. still slowly playing w things carbs are like 365-370 protein and fat about the same as before. one cheat per week maybe i could get away w more but i like the way i look and feel at once per week.

I still would love to get up your way this offseason to train. I have a feeling we would have a pretty good workout.

Even if they are slow, they are still gains. And you do so with very little fat accumulation. At the end of the day 5 pounds of stage weight is 5 pounds of stage weight. Whether you gain 30 pounds in the offseason and diet down to 5 additional pounds or you gain 15 and lose 10 pounds to get there.

Coach, looking freaky as hell! I have to say though, I have yet to see a picture that does you justice as compared to how you look in person. Thats no dig on the pics...just in person, you are full and grainy as hell for being offseason.
I am guessing it was arm day that was preceeded by some of that agmatine? That stuff worked wonders for me.

Been using agmatine for a while now...it really is awesome! So many possible benefits too besides the pump.
