4 weeks left to go before I hit the stage at the NPC Southern Classic! Currently sitting at 178 this morning. I want to give a huge thanks to Noel Fuller for doing an amazing job with my prep so far and another big thank you to John Meadows for giving me all the ass kicking workouts to do during my prep. These two guys are GREAT at what they do!

I'll probably drop another 5 pounds or so. Probably weigh in around 173ish
