Cals are between 2985/3381 training days and 3423 off days...
Not sure when the cut will stop, That's up to kev..

So today was my first Am training session and I for whatever reason decided to give legs a shot... Now I haven't been going to heavy lately, so I just decided to do a complete reset and drop weights back and make sure form and tempos were good... My knee and hip are still bugging me, but I guess that's old age...
Training was ok, I just need to get my schedule down, but other than that everything went well and I was done in plenty of time to get kids ready for their first day of school..
Weight is up a little from my cheat over the weekend, but only 3 pounds, I'm sure it will be off in the next few days..
5 mins of warm up cardio and stretching
Lying Ham curls / Stiff leg deads
3 x 21s, 3 x 10
Leg press
4 x 20
Front squats / back squats
3 x 10 / 3 x 10
Sumo deads
4 x 8-12
Standing calf raises / seated raises
3 x failure...
The rest of the week should be easier than legs, so AM training might just work.. But I'm also going to have to do my cardio at night, which should be a little easier to squeeze in.

Morning training again, not sure I'm liking it... lol
Incline DB
5 x 12
DB pullovers / Flat flies
4 x 12
Flat DB press 1.5 reps
4 x 12
Light triceps push downs, switching attachments between sets and keeping rest to a min
3 x 20
It was a good workout, I seemed asleep until about half way thru.. But still did ok..
Still working on the pre workout meal.. I've been doing a shake, I might look into switching that up and see if solid food fits better
